Return to organic growth in the fourth quarter
Paris (France) January 28, 2026, 5:45 p.m. - Groupe CRIT (FR0000036675 – CEN), a major player in temporary work and airport services in France and internationally, announces its revenue for the 4th quarter of the 2025 financial year (October 1st – December 31st).

In total over the full year 2025, revenue amounts to € 3 372.0 million, up 7.9% compared to 2024. This increase includes a 8.4% scope impact related to the integration of OPENJOBMETIS in Italy, consolidated since May 2024. On an organic basis TDA2, revenue is stable compared to 2024. International sales represent 45% of the Group's total revenue.
The fourth quarter contributed to this solid performance achieved despite continued mixed market conditions. For the period, the Group's consolidated revenue amounted to € 867.3 million, up by 1.4% (2.0% at constant scope and exchange rates) compared to the same period of the previous year (€ 855.6 million).
Temporary work :
Confirmed resilience of activity in France and international growth
In Temporary Staffing (87.3% of total activity), fourth-quarter revenue reached € 757.0 million3, up 1.4% compared to the same quarter of 2024 (+2.0% organic growth). Despite the caution imposed by the global economic climate, recent months have confirmed signs of a gradual market recovery, particularly internationally. Thanks to this encouraging trend, the division's activity for the full year 2025 amounted to € 2 924.2 million (86.7% of total activity), up 8.6% (-0.9% organic growth).
France: Stable economic activity
In France (52.3% of the division's activity), revenue showed a second consecutive quarter of stabilization, reaching € 395.6 million in the fourth quarter (-0,2% organic growth TDA2). Activity was supported by the automotive sector, while logistics remained sluggish.
International : organic growth of 4.4%
Internationally (47.7% of the division's activity), fourth-quarter revenue reached € 361.4 million, representing organic growth of 4.4% compared to 2024, with satisfactory performance in key geographic locations.
In Italy, OPENJOBMETIS' revenue for the quarter showed organic growth TDA2 of 2.8%. Thanks to a favorable comparison base, the United States returned to growth in the fourth quarter (+9.1% organic growth TDA2). Business also remained strong in Spain (8.8% organic growth TDA2) and Switzerland (+4.6% organic growth TDA2).
Airport services: organic growth 2.7%
Still solid progress
Airport activities (13.1% of total activity) generated revenue of € 114.0 million3, representing organic growth of 2.7%. Activity for the quarter remained at high levels both in France (+2.3% organic growth) and internationally (+4.0% organic growth). The division's activity for the full year 2025 amounted to € 462.7 million (13.7% of total activity), representing an increase of 4.0% (4.2% organic growth).
Outlook : ready for 2026
This successful end to the year confirms the Group's resilience and allows it to approach 2026 with confidence. As the first signs of recovery emerge, Groupe CRIT intends to continue demonstrating its agility and adaptability through the diversity of its offering, the strength of its network, and its reinforced international positions.

Following the acquisition of OPENJOBMETIS, the Group's management decided to change the organization of its reporting and make its sector information easier to read. Activity monitoring and internal reporting are now structured around two distinct operating segments :
- The "Temporary Work" activity, human resources consulting activity and Group's historical core business includes recruitment as well as now other activities for the delegation of qualified staff (engineering consulting, industrial maintenance, training, etc…).
- The "Airport services" activity includes services provided in an airport environment relating to passengers, aircraft, and cargo.
The following comparative financial information has been restated based on this new organization.
