Iute Group Successfully Places EUR 140 Million Tap, Reaching Benchmark Size of 300 Million For 2030 Bonds
Strong demand from new institutional investors
Tallinn, Estonia, 27 May 2026. Iute Group, a leading European personal finance group and issuer in the European high-yield bond market, through its wholly owned subsidiary IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l., today successfully placed an additional EUR 140 million tap of its outstanding senior secured bonds due 2030 (IUTECR 12% 2030, ISIN: XS3047514446) at an issue price of 99.50%. The transaction was met with strong demand from new institutional investors across Europe. Following the transaction, the outstanding bond volume amounts to EUR 300 million.
Proceeds from the tap issue are expected to support the further optimization of Iute Group’s capital structure through the refinancing of existing liabilities, including the redemption of the remaining EUR 47 million of IUTECR 11% 2026 (ISIN: XS2378483494), while supporting the continued growth of Iute Group’s loan portfolio and broader business operations over the medium term.
Settlement is expected on or around 3 June 2026. The additional bonds are expected to be included in the existing listings on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard) and on the Baltic Regulated Market of Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.
Tarmo Sild, CEO of Iute Group: “We are very pleased with the strong demand from new institutional investors across Europe. With an outstanding bond volume of EUR 300 million, our 2030 bonds have now reached benchmark size, representing an important milestone in the continued development of Iute Group’s international capital markets activities. The successful transaction further broadens our institutional investor base, strengthens our position in the European high-yield market, and enhances our financial flexibility to support the continued growth of our business.”
