Marquis Who’s Who Honors Holt Harmon as an Expert in Artist Management

Uniondale, NY, USA, July 16th, 2026, FinanceWire

Marquis Who’s Who honors Holt Harmon as an expert in artist management and a leader in the electronic music industry. With nearly a decade of professional experience, Mr. Harmon prioritizes organic growth and collaborative spirit. As a co-founder and chief executive officer at Metatone Management LLC, he has dedicated his career to supporting artists from their early days in music to lasting success.

Mr. Harmon began his professional career as a radio director with Slope Media Group in 2014. While gaining practical experience, he also pursued a degree in applied economics and management at Cornell University. After briefly working as an intern with Vimeo.com Inc. in 2015, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2016.

Building on dual expertise in music and management, Mr. Harmon joined Audiophile Records as director of marketing and business development in 2016 and remained at the company until 2018. In 2017, he also became head of artist management at Pitch Tempo Agency, sparking his interest in the space.

Founding Metatone Management LLC

In 2018, Mr. Harmon left Audiophile Records and Pitch Tempo Agency to pursue his own venture in music and artist management. That year, he co-founded Metatone Management LLC, serving as its chief executive officer. Ever since, he has dedicated his career to supporting his business’s growth as well as that of the artists his team works with.

“Almost every artist we collaborate with started their career with us from the beginning,” Mr. Harmon shared. “In addition to supporting their growth, we have also developed several business ventures with each artist. This includes record labels and event series tied to those labels.”

Growth as Path Forward

Mr. Harmon considers Metatone Management’s organic growth to be the most impressive aspect of his career. The business has supported some artists for more than eight and a half years, with collaboration beginning at the start of their professional journeys. He regularly organizes shows for these artists and builds partnerships with event series and festivals.

Just last year, Mr. Harmon and his team launched the Experts Only Festival in New York, which drew 50,000 attendees in 2025 and is expected to draw over 60,000 in 2026. The event serves as a showcase of some of Metatone Management’s most prominent clients, significant names in the electronic dance music scene. Beyond performances, the business also focuses on merchandise and publishing ventures.

Mr. Harmon attributes much of his success to his willingness to take risks and make decisions based on self-confidence. Where so many of his peers tend to overthink, he finds that answers come from the simplest questions asked of oneself. Instead of worrying about what ifs, he advocates simply pursuing what one believes in.

Ambition for the Future

Moving forward, Mr. Harmon aims to create a truly multifaceted organization. Rather than operating a company with several verticals, he hopes to empower his team to become owners in their own right, enabling personal and professional growth. In doing so, Mr. Harmon’s goal is to manage more clients and explore different genres, discovering new paths in the music industry.
