Perion’s Partner-Led Expansion Strategy Reaches Greece and CEE With Acrossmedia241 and Outmax
New York, USA, July 9th, 2026, FinanceWire
As digital advertising becomes more fragmented, advertisers are finding that success depends less on mastering individual platforms and more on coordinating campaigns across all of them. The growing use of artificial intelligence has accelerated that shift, giving marketers new tools to optimize campaigns around business objectives instead of channel-specific metrics.
Perion is taking that approach into another international market. The company announced a new partnership with Acrossmedia241 that will expand its Distribution Partner Program and introduce Outmax, Perion's AI agent, to agencies and brands throughout Greece and the broader Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
The agreement adds another market to Perion's growing network of regional partnerships aimed at expanding access to its advertising technology.
Leveraging Regional Expertise
Rather than entering new countries through standalone operations, Perion has continued to build relationships with companies that already have established customer networks.
Acrossmedia241, a digital advertising and media technology company based in Greece, brings those relationships to the collaboration. The company works with agencies throughout the region and has existing relationships with major Greek tourism boards, along with an international buying scope.
The partnership is scheduled to make its public debut at the Programmatic & Beyond Conference in Athens on July 9, where Perion will appear alongside Acrossmedia241 as a Grand Sponsor.
The latest agreement reflects Perion's continued emphasis on regional expansion through local market expertise instead of direct market entry.
Expanding the Reach of Outmax
The partnership gives advertisers in Greece and the CEE region access to Outmax, Perion's AI agent designed to optimize campaigns across multiple digital environments.
According to the company, Outmax operates across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other leading demand-side platforms (DSPs). Rather than treating each platform independently, the AI agent is designed to coordinate optimization around advertiser-defined business outcomes.
That allows campaigns to be managed across multiple channels while remaining integrated with existing media buying workflows.
As media investments become more diversified, technologies capable of optimizing across multiple platforms are attracting increasing attention from advertisers looking for greater consistency in campaign performance.
Building From an Existing Foundation
The companies are also expanding a relationship that already exists.
Acrossmedia241 has previously worked with Perion's digital out-of-home (DOOH) offering. Perion expects that familiarity to support the rollout of Outmax while helping reduce customer acquisition costs as the technology reaches additional customers.
The company says the strategy mirrors similar partnerships already established in other regions. It pointed to GIMC in China and McSorely Media together with Mediamark in Africa as examples of how its Distribution Partner Program has supported international growth.
By relying on organizations with established market positions, Perion aims to extend its reach while minimizing the operational costs associated with launching in new regions.
Supporting the Company's Growth Plans
Perion says expanding its distribution network remains an important component of its long-term strategy.
"Acrossmedia241's reach across Greece and CEE, and its standing with the region's tourism and agency community, gives Outmax a credible path into a market where advertisers are asking for accountability, not just access,” said Tal Jacobson, Perion's CEO. “Expanding our distribution partner network, as we've done with GIMC in China and McSorely Media and Mediamark in Africa, is central to how we extend our reach and compound toward our 2028 growth targets. This is land-and-expand in practice: extending Outmax through an existing partner relationship, at low incremental cost and with margin-accretive growth potential, reinforcing the strategic trajectory outlined in our 2028 growth plan."
The company describes the model as a scalable way to increase the availability of Outmax while supporting its broader growth objectives.
Responding to Evolving Advertiser Needs
Acrossmedia241 says the partnership aligns with what many advertisers are seeking as campaigns become more complex.
"Advertisers today want more than strong performance on any single platform; they want every channel working toward their own business goals. Perion’s Outmax gives us a way to do that, sitting across the major digital channels with execution built around our clients' own outcomes, not only platform defaults," said Irini Sacha, Founder & CEO of Acrossmedia241.
The collaboration combines Perion's AI-powered optimization technology with Acrossmedia241's established presence in Greece and the CEE region. For agencies and brands operating across multiple digital channels, the partnership introduces another option for managing campaigns around measurable business outcomes while remaining within existing media buying processes.
