OPmobility successfully issued a €300 million 5.5-year bond
OPmobility announces the placement of a new €300 million bond. The proceeds will be used for the Group’s general corporate purposes.
The new bonds are due February 2031 and offer a yield at 4.30% at issuance.
The bonds obtained credit rating of BB+ by S&P Global Ratings, consistent with the public rating of OPmobility, and are listed on Euronext Paris.
Olivier Dabi, Chief Financial Officer of OPmobility, declared: "The success of this bond issuance demonstrates investors' confidence in OPmobility. It enables the Group to strengthen its balance sheet by extending the maturity of its debt and to continue deploying its proven strategy of technological, geographical and customer diversification for all mobilities."
BNP Paribas, CACIB, CIC and Natixis acted as Bookrunners for the transaction. BNP Paribas and Natixis also acted as Global Coordinators.
The terms of the bonds will be described in a prospectus which will be available on OPmobility’s website (www.opmobility.com).

Consequently, no key information document required by EU PRIIPs Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the EUWA (the "UK PRIIPs Regulation") for offering or selling the bonds or otherwise making them available to retail investors in the UK has been prepared and therefore offering or selling the bonds or otherwise making them available to any retail investor in the UK may be unlawful under the UK PRIIPs Regulation.
