Precision Medicine Announces Opening of a New, One of FewSterile Compounding Facilities in California

Bellmore, NY, USA, October 15th, 2026, FinanceWire

Precision Medicine is opening a sterile compounding pharmacy facility in California, its third fulfillment center, alongside existing sites in New York and Florida.

The direct-to-consumer fulfillment pharmacy Precision Medicine recently announced the opening of a sterile compounding pharmacy facility in California, its third fulfillment center, alongside existing sites in New York and Florida. The facility, set to open in January 2027, puts Precision Medicine among a small group of sterile compounding pharmacies licensed to operate in California, helping the company stand out among similar pharmacies.

Embracing the Telehealth Model

As the pharmacy industry gradually moves away from local retail establishments, Precision Medicine has embraced the more modern telehealth model, making it easier for the company’s products to reach consumers where they live.

Precision Medicine partners with a variety of telehealth companies through API integration, white-labeling compounded prescriptions under the partner’s branding to leverage brand recognition. The company specializes in men’s health, women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, peptides, weight loss, and sexual health, among other fields. Precision Medicine’s non-sterile and sterile prescription formulations are currently distributed in 49 states.

Valuation and Accreditation

To date, Precision Medicine has raised venture capital, and CEO and co-founder Christian Stella said that they aim to pursue additional value-building opportunities. Precision Medicine is LegitScripts certified and NABP accredited and, per the company’s records, is the leading US supplier of NAD+ and Sermorelin injections, two already-legal peptide therapies.

Some of Precision Medicine’s credibility as a direct-to-consumer fulfillment pharmacy stems from its leadership’s credibility, with Stella earning his PharmD from St. John’s University in 2016.

He also maintains a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine.

Additionally, Stella is a fourth-generation pharmacist, as his great-grandfather owned a pharmacy in Brooklyn. His grandfather, meanwhile, founded Stella's Pharmacy, and Stella’s father built a long-term-care business and four retail pharmacies.

Next Steps for Precision Medicine

After Precision Medicine’s new California facility is made fully operational, the company aims to lead peptide fulfillment once the FDA finalizes a recent Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) recommendation allowing 503A compounding pharmacies to work with peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, KPV, and Semax.

As it expands its peptide fulfillment capabilities, Precision Medicine plans to make it easier for consumers to order and receive prescriptions for peptides that are FDA-permitted that help them meet their personal health and wellness goals. This emphasis on peptides and hormone therapies more broadly aligns with larger trends in the wellness industry, highlighting strong demand for health and wellness solutions that are safe, convenient, and accessible to those who may not have been able to pursue such treatments through traditional means.
