Renewables Moves Toward e2T Pre-Orders as Electric Tractor Crowdfunding Campaign Nears Close

Santa Rosa, California, USA, June 16th, 2026, FinanceWire

Renewables is accepting pre-orders for its e2T electric tractor as the company’s Regulation Crowdfunding campaign through Highlander approaches its campaign close at the end of June.

The company is preparing the e2T for an accelerated production phase following early field use, reservation interest, and inbound demand from farms, universities, teaching farms, and international markets. Designed for small farms, greenhouses, agrivoltaics, and land management, the e2T is a compact electric tractor platform built for operators often underserved by larger agricultural equipment manufacturers.

Renewables’ draft unit is priced at $7,500, positioning the e2T as a lower-cost electric tractor option for growers and land managers who need practical mechanization without the cost, maintenance, noise, and emissions associated with diesel or gas-powered equipment.

A Compact Electric Tractor for Smaller Farms and Land Managers

The e2T is designed as an affordable, zero-emission, remote-controlled tractor platform for farms and land-management operations where full-size equipment can be too expensive, too heavy, or too difficult to maneuver.

The machine is built around a compact over-the-bed design intended to reduce soil compaction while supporting work across diversified farms, greenhouses, agrivoltaic sites, parks, roadsides, fire-break areas, and municipal land-management environments.

The e2T platform includes remote control operation, instant torque from an electric drivetrain, compatibility with existing legacy implements, swappable battery packs, and optional accessories such as transplanting and harvesting seats, a solar shade canopy, and a 10-horsepower Power Take Off (PTO).

The company believes the platform can help address several pressures facing small farms and land-management operators, including fuel-price volatility, equipment maintenance costs, agricultural labor constraints, greenhouse gas emissions, and the need for machinery that can operate in lower-clearance environments such as agrivoltaic installations.

“Small farms have been overlooked by the equipment market for too long,” said Steve Heckeroth, founder and CEO of Renewables. “We believe there is a real opportunity to give farmers and land managers a machine that is cleaner, easier to operate, and better suited to the work they actually need done.”

Crowdfunding Campaign Closing Soon

Renewables’ Regulation Crowdfunding campaign through Highlander gives accredited and non-accredited investors the ability to participate in the company’s current financing round.

For Renewables, the campaign closely coincides with the broader transition from Pilot Program to ramp up production to fulfill existing pre-orders. The company’s near-term focus is expanding operations.

“Our focus has always been on making electric farming equipment practical,” Heckeroth said. “The e2T was designed for the farms and land-management operations that need lower operating costs, easier control, and a cleaner alternative to fossil-fuel equipment.”

The retail investor opportunity to back Renewables Inc. expires at the end of the month.. More information about the company and the e2T platform is available at renewables.com.
