Sonnenbühl, 2 April 2026 – As part of the final settlement of a transaction, the interest payment for the bond 2023/2028 (ISIN: DE000A30V6L2), originally due on 30 March 2026, has been postponed. The transfer of funds to the paying agent has already been initiated, so that the credit to investors’ accounts will take place shortly during the week beginning on 7 April 2026.
