Changes to TF1 Group’s Financial Communication
30/07/2026
COMMUNIQUÉ DE PRESSE
Changes to Financial Communication
Effective from the publication of first-quarter 2027 results, the TF1 group will adjust its financial communication for the first quarter (Q1) and third quarter (Q3) of each financial year.
Since Q1 and Q3 are not very representative of TF1’s annual performance, notably due to the seasonality of the advertising market and the delivery schedule of its productions, financial communication will focus on the most relevant metrics for assessing the Group’s performance.
In line with its main European peers, the TF1 group will publish the following key indicators for Q1 and Q3:
- Operational indicators: audience share figures for the TF1 group and the TF1 channel, together with indicators tracking the growth of digital consumption (e.g. number of hours viewed)
- Financial indicators:
- Consolidated revenue, broken down by segment (Media and Studio TF1). Within the Media segment, advertising revenue, including the contribution from TF1+, as well as digital revenue
- Liquidity and net cash
The publication of the Group’s half-year and full-year results will remain unchanged.
