Transactions in BIO-UV Group's own shares at the end of February 2026
BIO-UV Group published a statement on March 3, 2026, regarding its share buyback transactions carried out between February 24 and March 2, 2026, as part of its share repurchase program. The transactions were executed on the XPAR market.
From February 24 to 25, 2026, no transactions were recorded. Trading began on February 26 with a daily volume of 3,304 shares at an average price of €1.3051. The following day, 3,319 shares were acquired for €1.3030 each. Finally, on March 2, 3,405 shares were purchased at an average price of €1.2959.
These operations are part of the strategy of BIO-UV Group, known for its water disinfection solutions, to support the liquidity of its shares.
