Edenred Appoints New COO for Benefits & Engagement

Edenred has announced the appointment of Fabrizio Ruggiero as Chief Operating Officer for Benefits & Engagement, effective September 28, 2026. Ruggiero, who will join Edenred's Executive Committee, will report to Bertrand Dumazy, Chairman and CEO of Edenred. He succeeds Arnaud Erulin, who is leaving for new opportunities.

Ruggiero's responsibilities include strengthening Edenred’s position as a global leader in digital Benefits & Engagement platforms. His mission aligns with the Amplify25–28 strategic plan, focusing on accelerating client acquisition and increasing Average Revenue per User through upselling and cross-selling. The plan also involves developing new services for merchant partners and leveraging AI innovations.

Ruggiero brings extensive experience from the service industry, having worked with companies like Accenture, Bain & Company, Leasys, and Europcar. Previously, he was General Manager of Edenred Italy.
