Infracore Acquires See-Spital Hospital Buildings in Horgen

Infracore SA, a Swiss real estate company focused on health care infrastructure, has completed the acquisition of the See-Spital hospital buildings in Horgen, Zurich. This marks the first sale-and-leaseback deal with a public hospital for Infracore, representing a significant step in its development strategy. See-Spital will continue operations under a long-term lease, allowing it to capitalize its real estate assets while maintaining medical services.

This transaction boosts Infracore's property portfolio value beyond CHF 1.5 billion, with projected rental income surpassing CHF 73 million in 2026 and CHF 78 million in 2027. Infracore’s model supports healthcare operators by providing stable real estate solutions, enabling them to focus on patient care.

CEO Eric Frey highlights the strategic importance of this acquisition, particularly its role in diversifying tenant partnerships and enhancing real estate stability for the hospital. The Horgen site represents an expansion in Zurich and furthers diversification of Infracore’s strategic assets across Switzerland.
